Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FIRST?

Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REGISTER?

A: After you have completed your registration, you will need to follow the directions in the confirmation email to book your flights through our travel partner, AllFly. 
Additional emails will be sent leading up to the event date with event information and details so you will be fully prepared!

Q: CAN I BOOK MY OWN FLIGHTS?

A: No. All Club flights must be booked by Exabeam’s Group Air partner AllFly. You are not allowed to book through your normal booking channels. 
If deciding to book Business, First Class, or equivalent, you must pay the upgrade difference using your personal credit card. After you complete the booking through AllFly, you will receive a confirmation email.  All flights are to be booked exclusively through AllFly Quest.

Q: WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRESIDENT’S CLUB PACKAGE?

A: The following amenities for you and your adult guest are included in your President’s Club package:
  • Round trip airfare for you and your adult guest 
  • Transportation to/from the airport to the hotel on the event days
  • Hotel accommodations, taxes, fees and gratuities
  • A stipend to spend throughout your stay
  • Group activity for you and your guest
  • An on-site individual activity of your choice for you and your guest

Q: CAN I EXTEND MY STAY AT GLENEAGLES OR ARRIVE EARLY?

A: You will be able to request additional nights during the registration process. The cost of additional nights is your personal responsibility and is based on availability. 

Q: DO I NEED A PASSPORT?

A: If you do not have a passport, or if your passport is going to expire within 6 months of travel dates, please visit the link below to obtain a new passport:

Please allow 6-8 weeks to obtain your new passport. You may also expedite a passport in 2 weeks or less for an additional cost.

Q: DO I NEED A VISA?

A: If you’re traveling to Scotland from outside the UK, you may need a visa or travel authorization depending on your nationality, passport, and length of stay. Entry rules can change, so be sure to check the official UK government website for the most up-to-date requirements before you travel.
Please note that you may expense the cost of your UK visa (£16 per person) for both yourself and one guest on your Exabeam corporate account. Only the UK visa required for travel to Scotland is eligible for reimbursement. If you extend your trip to other countries that require additional visas, you are responsible for covering those extra visa fees.
Check if you require a UK Visa HERE and apply for one through the UK government site. We highly suggest doing this at the time of booking your flights, as the visa’s typically last up to 6 months. 

Q: WHAT IS THE FAREWELL DINNER DRESS CODE?

A: The dress code for this elegant farewell dinner is FORMAL, ensuring a sophisticated and elevated experience for all attendees.
MEN - Jackets Required, dress shirt, slacks, polished dress shoes.
WOMEN - Elegant gown or sophisticated cocktail dress, dressy heels or stylish flats, refined accessories.
This is a special opportunity to come together and celebrate each other’s achievements after all of your hard work. 

Q: HOW IS THE WEATHER?

A: Daytime high temperatures typically average 63ºF. Evening lows average 39ºF. It is highly suggested you pack a light jacket.
