Size: The spa is substantial, set within Gleneagles’ sprawling 850-acre estate, and includes multiple spa, pool, gym, café and relaxation areas.
Treatment Rooms: The spa features 20 private treatment rooms, including suites for couples and specialized therapy rooms.
Thermal Experience: The spa includes a hydrotherapy circuit with a variety of facilities such as a hot sauna cabin, steam room, vitality pool, and relaxation courtyard.
Signatures: Gleneagles has developed its own balms, oils, and scrubs derived from herbs and plants found on its own estate and surrounding Scottish countryside.
Wellness Programs: Gleneagles offers expanded wellness / retreat options: programmes and partnerships in nutrition, wild botanicals, nature-based wellness, yoga / outdoor restorative activities are part of their evolving offering.
